Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the supply chain strategy for the BU in alignment with AFCD BG objectives and corporate policies.
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning within the BU to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals within the BU, building capability and driving engagement.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all supply chain functions, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead and own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process within the BU, working collaboratively across commercial, operations, product line management, procurement, R&D, and finance teams to ensure effective alignment of supply and demand, optimized inventory, and support for overarching business goals through a robust monthly cycle.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, systems, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and agility.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements across supply chain operations.
  • Develop and manage the BU supply chain budget, driving cost savings and value creation initiatives.
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure supply continuity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
    Master's degree preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing supply chain strategies within a business unit or divisional structure.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Experience with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across functions and with external partners.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and matrixed organizational environment.
