Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in commercial or corporate strategy and leadership Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-Suite level Bachelor's degree in design, business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred Proven ability to implement change management and lead teams through transitions Deep understanding of customer expectations and experience driving customer-focused initiatives
