Hiring:
Branch Operations Manager – Syracuse, NY
I’m recruiting for a Branch Operations Manager with a leading distributor of construction supplies.
Compensation:- $65K–$85K base (flexible DOE)
- Annual bonus – up to 10% of base
- $75/month cell phone stipend
- 401(k) – 4%
- Benefits after 30 days
- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or branch operations leadership
- Experience managing warehouse teams and daily operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution
- Hands-on leader who will lead from the floor and work alongside the team when needed
- Experience managing 2–10 direct reports
