Compensation:
Up to $75,000 annually
, based on experience and performance, including a monthly bonus tied to operational goals and team development.

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on people and performance
• Hire, train, and mentor team members with a focus on long-term retention
• Build a winning culture centered on growth, accountability, and service
• Oversee food quality, labor and food costs, and compliance standards
• Set the tone for a clean, customer-focused, high-energy work environment
• Identify high-potential team members and support their development

• Proven leadership experience (QSR or hospitality experience is an asset)
• Passion for training and team development
• Ability to motivate and retain top talent
