Overview
Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Worker for a dry blending food manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, utilities, and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and repair maintenance on blending systems, conveyors, packaging lines, mixers, dust collectors, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and chains.
- Record maintenance activities and parts usage in the CMMS; maintain accurate equipment documentation.
- Support continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, and root-cause analysis.
- Follow LOTO, confined space, hot work, and all required safety procedures; follow food safety and GMP standards; ensure work complies with FDA, OSHA, and company safety rules.
