Lou Fusz Mazda of Evansville is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Body Shop Painter to join our collision repair team. If you take pride in producing high-quality finishes, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company that truly values its employees, we want to hear from you.

• Prepare vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to manufacturer specifications
• Apply paint, clear coat, and finishes using professional spray equipment
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area
• Work closely with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Help maintain the high standards our customers expect from the Lou Fusz name

• Previous automotive body shop painting experience required
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals
