Job Duties
- Learn and use a variety of shop skills (sewing, fabrication, cutting, CNC, inspection)
- Follow drawings and measurements
- Keep up with daily production goals
- Work safely and support a positive team environment
- Pitch in with overtime when needed

Minimum Qualifications- A good attitude and steady work habits
- Willingness to learn sewing machines and other shop tools
- Basic reading, writing, and math
- Ability to pass a background check
- Sit and stand on and off for 8 to 10 hours
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Manual dexterity required for operating sewing machine and manipulating materials and thread
- Able to visually see and read detailed drawings and measurements
