Job Description
This position is responsible for coordinating the after molding operations by leading machine operators and troubleshooting machine issues to ensure the production of quality parts in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Troubleshoot AMO process problems
- Set up lining and assembly machines as scheduled or required by breakdowns
- Ensure excellent quality product on assigned machines
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate and elevate machine, tooling, and quality concerns
- Train and develop machine operators
- Promote a team environment on the shop floor
- Follow applicable Food Safety and cGMP polices
- Perform other duties as assigned
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements- High School diploma or GED preferred; job-related experience would be considered
- Organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills (written and oral)
- Leadership skills
- Effective communication of machine, tooling, safety, and quality problems
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs
- Mechanical and machine troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to various types of equipment that have vibration. The noise level in the work environment requires hearing protection.
