FLANDERS in Evansville, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design efficient processes, layouts, tooling, and workflows that meet project schedules and enhance throughput.
You will partner with production leadership to build BOMs and routings, drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, and lead continuous improvement for existing and new products. A Bachelor’s in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing is required, with travel as needed.
