Plant Manager

I'm currently partnering with a well-established manufacturer looking to appoint a Plant Manager to lead site operations and continue driving performance, safety and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader to make a significant impact within an established operation.

Reporting into senior operations leadership, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the site, leading a team across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement.

You'll be responsible for developing your leadership team, improving operational performance, delivering site objectives and creating a culture focused on safety, efficiency and accountability.

• Lead all manufacturing operations across the facility.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor site leadership teams.
• Deliver against safety, quality, production and financial objectives.
• Lead plant performance, productivity and cost improvement initiatives.
• Oversee capital projects, planned shutdowns and site improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on long-term operational success.

• Minimum 10 years' manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years leading a manufacturing facility.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred (other engineering disciplines will also be considered).
• Background within Chemical, Energy, Process or Food Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success leading plant transformations and improving operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.
