6am-2pm Production

Our client in Evansville, IN is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator you will be part of the Production team. The ideal candidate will have communication, time management and problem solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform quality checks to ensure that all packaged products meet company standards.

+ Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or quality control department.

+ Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs..

+ Keep the packaging area clean and organized, ensuring all packaging materials are stored properly.

+ Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ Basic experience in packaging, warehouse work, or similar roles.

+ Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physical stamina (for lifting, standing), and familiarity with packaging materials.

+ Ability to work overtime when needed

+ Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
