Core Welder
Location: IN, Evansville, 10244 Hedden Rd
Pay Range: 16hr
What’s the Job?- Prepares flat precut metal sheeting into appropriate core/frame shapes using manual and electronic rollers and other molding devices
- Assembles rolled frames/cores via a combination of bolts, clamps, tack welds, and mig welds
- Measures completed core to verify it is in conformance of the work order before moving to the next stage in production process
- Marks bending and cut lines to the product per assigned specs
- 1+ year of related experience
- Knowledge of mig and tack welding required, weld test required
- Ability to read blueprints/work orders
- Must be able to read a tape measure and pass a tape measure test
- Continuous standing and movement with 50 lbs of lifting
- Welding experience
- Weekly pay
- 1st shift
