The pay range for this position is $63,000. to $95,400. in Annual Salary . Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role . Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case .

The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and l ocation .

What You’ll Do

• Efficiently execute the production schedule.
• Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage the production department budget.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
• Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
• Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You Need To Be Successful

• A four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business
• 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry.
• Leadership experience is desirable.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
