FLANDERS Evansville Operations seeks a Panel Shop Foreman to guide the daily workflow of the Panel Shop, assemble and troubleshoot complex and prototype panels, and install on customer sites. You will assist with repairs, weld and fabricate from blueprints, and handle special projects involving welding and assembly.
The role requires directing a team, reading electrical drawings, and ensuring tools and safety procedures are in place. Strong teamwork and leadership are essential.
