Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member
- Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full‑time, day shift positions (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM). Training provided, but previous experience is a plus!

What You'll Do:

Assemble and package panels & doors
Install windows into panels
Operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
Follow sketches and drawings to complete work

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience:

Using basic hand tools and saws
Reading a tape measure accurately
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
