• Maintain and update Safety Data Sheet database with new color info.
• Maintain and update Pricing sheets for our customers at other Berry locations.
• Maintain and update FDA letters of compliance for customers.
• Maintain and update Technical Data sheet information.
• Test new raw materials that we may use, or need to use, due to obsolete raw materials.
• Work with pigment vendors on bringing in new raw materials, also when looking for replacement raw

• Maintain and update our price quote calculator with current prices of raw materials.
• Trouble shoot problem colors by adjusting the formulations.
• Work on projects with special teams: PCRs, colors needing special effects, etc.
• Work with multiple teams to resolve color issues.
• Check pigments and concentrates and correct them if/as needed before they go to production.
• Participate in safety meetings each week for the department and help maintain log of topics covered as well as

• Work as backup to multiple other positions for vacations and time off.
• Perform melt tests as needed.
• Communicates and works with other departments on their color concerns.
• Work with other Amcor facilities to satisfy their color needs.
• Working knowledge of different resin types used in colors.
• Responsible for developing dispositions for all color concerns.
• Promote and enforce a clean and organized work environment guided by the 5s principle.
• Understand problem solving and escalation process.
• Lead and participate in improvements and initiatives.
• Support ongoing improvement activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
