Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd shift

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing manufacturing machinery and equipment to help keep production running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with industrial machinery and equipment and is comfortable troubleshooting mechanical issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify the cause of equipment failures.
• Repair and replace worn or damaged machine components.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and modifications as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs.
• Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
• Work closely with production personnel and other maintenance team members.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working on machines and equipment in a manufacturing environment

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable troubleshooting equipment in a production environment. They should be able to respond quickly to maintenance issues, work safely, and take ownership of keeping machinery and equipment operating properly.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of recent hands-on experience working on machines and equipment in a manufacturing environment to be considered.
