Senior Marketing Coordinator

Brown Equipment Company is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on, organized marketing professional who enjoys coordinating projects, working with vendors, and supporting sales and growth initiatives. • Coordinate and manage vendor-led marketing initiatives across digital, email, web, and CRM platforms
• Support content, collateral, and sales enablement materials
• Coordinate events such as trade shows, demos, and customer-facing activities
• Track leads and reporting through CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing projects stay on track
• Support promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives

• $28–$31 per hour (based on experience)

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, vendor management, or sales enablement
• Experience working with external vendors or agencies
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience supporting sales or service-based organizations preferred
