Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Deaconess Cross Pointe Outpatient​/MAT - DSS

Key Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

* Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care for patients.

* Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

* Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and medication adherence.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

* Current PMHNP-BC certification and licensure in the state of Indiana.

* Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

* Experience in psychiatric care preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to compassionate care.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule & Setting

* Outpatient clinic setting

* Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for patient needs

* No overnight call requirements

* Inpatient weekend coverage is available for additional compensation opportunity
