NP Provider Nurse - LPN​/CMA

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing nursing care for ECHC's patients during clinic visits. The Provider Nurse delivers age‑specific and health prevention nursing care and treatment services as ordered by the Registered Nurse, Physician, and Nurse Practitioner. The role works closely with Providers and the Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction, outcomes of care, and to coordinate services within an integrated health care delivery system.

Part‑time;
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, 8‑hour day shifts. No weekends or evenings. 13 paid holidays (not worked).

Requirements:

• Current Indiana RN, LPN Nursing License, or CMA Certification.
• EPIC: 1 year experience (preferred).
• Pediatric clinical experience (preferred).
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
