Details & Requirements- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
- Patients per day: 20-25
- Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
- State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Timeframe: 2 weeks
Located just north of Seattle, Everett.
