- Document and track patient progress
What You Must Have
- Active RN license (IN or compact)
- Experience in case management, care coordination, or utilization review
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with UR / discharge planning workflows
