• Night Shift Incentives/Differentials up to $8.00
• Weekend Option Incentives/Differentials up to $7.00
• Preceptor Pay $1.00

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess. Day to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. Services provided by the RN include supervising care delivered, coordinating plans of care, and providing education for patients/families. Deaconess Cross Pointe is a 58‑bed mental health facility assisting adults and adolescents experiencing mental health and substance abuse crises.

Our nursing team is made up of amazing, dedicated and talented professionals who believe in the recovery ability of each and every individual that we are fortunate enough to serve. Our facility is a place of safety and healing. We care for voluntary and involuntary patients that are at imminent risk of harm to self or others, or are experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges placing them in danger.

Our inpatient family consists of nurses (RNs), mental health technicians (MHTs), social workers (MSWs), activity therapists, and medical staff. Interdisciplinary teamwork is essential when working with this patient population. Our collective goal is to best meet the mental health needs of our community.
