Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) –

Start Date:

ASAP – Pay Rate: $158,000 – $193,000 + productivity.

We are a well‑established health system on California’s Central Coast seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Endocrinology team in a 100% outpatient setting.

• $158,000 – $193,000 + productivity
• Monday–Friday, 8–5 | No call
• Outpatient only – adults (18+)
• Established, team‑based practice

• 2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd)
• 5 APPs + 3 CDCES
• Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF Pediatric Endocrinology
• Dedicated Social Worker

• Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators
• Focus on follow‑ups, treatment plans, and care coordination

• NP or PA
• Spanish required
• Open to new graduates or experienced providers
• Strong clinical and communication skills

• 30 days PTO
• $2,000 CME + 5 days
