- Night Shift Incentives/Differentials up to $8.00
- Weekend Option Incentives/Differentials up to $7.00

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
Job OverviewDay to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Our nursing staff demonstrates their knowledge, critical thinking, and judgment. Services provided by the RN include supervising care delivered, coordinating plans of care, and providing education for patients/families. The Cardiac Renal Unit (previously MRCC) is a 39 bed unit on the 5th floor of our Midtown Campus. The Cardiac Renal unit integrates care for the patient from adulthood through geriatrics.
The “CRU” manages the care of patients requiring telemetry monitoring, patients experiencing cardiovascular/renal problems including: renal insufficiency/failure, Heart Failure, Unstable Angina/MI, Pre Open Heart Surgery, Dysrhythmias and other cardiovascular/renal conditions.
Certifications/Licenses/Experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
