    Round-and-go psychiatric care
Schedule / Work Environment
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • No nights
  • No weekends
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Ongoing permanent position
  • Autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support
Clinical Setting
  • Patient Population:
    Geriatric / older adult residents
  • Locations:
    Skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
  • Care Model:
    Interdisciplinary team-based behavioral health care
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Medication management and follow-up care
  • Ongoing continuity of psychiatric care in SNF/LTC settings
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Support for behavioral health stabilization and quality-of-life improvement
Requirements

Licensure

  • Active Indiana PMHNP license required

Practice Requirements

  • Ability to practice and bill independently
  • DEA preferred

Clinical Skills

  • Strong psychiatric diagnostic and assessment skills
  • Experience or strong interest in geriatric psychiatry required/preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual compensation range: $143,542 – $170,250
  • Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity potential
  • Biweekly compensation
