The Deaconess LPN Graduate role is designed to help new graduates transition from the classroom to the bedside with confidence. As an LPN Graduate, you'll work under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN preceptor while gaining hands-on experience, building clinical judgment, and strengthening your nursing skills in a real patient care setting as you prepare for full LPN practice.
This training position is more than just a first job-it's a bridge to your future career. You'll have the opportunity to learn the flow of inpatient nursing, develop your understanding of the nursing process, and grow into the licensed LPN role with support from experienced nurses and leaders who are invested in your success.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Applied for and/or awaiting results of the NCLEX exam
- Hold any required provisional licensing as dictated by the state board of application
