Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and treatment, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and/or other healthcare professionals

• Monitor and report residents' conditions, while documenting all care and services provided

Requirements

• Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
