Position Overview

Provider Nurse – Full Time

Our clinical team is seeking a full-time Provider Nurse to float between our John Street and Division Street Clinics located in Evansville, IN.

• Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
• No weekends or evenings
• 13 paid holidays (but we do not work them)
• Benefits available on your first day
• 8‑hour shift (day shift)

This position is responsible for the nursing care and general nursing functions required by ECHC’s patients during clinic visits. The Provider Nurse provides age‑specific and health‑prevention nursing care and treatment services as ordered by the Registered Nurse, Physician and Nurse Practitioner to patients. Works closely with the Providers and the Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care and to provide coordination of services within an integrated health care delivery system.
