Nurse Graduate RN​/LPN

Holiday Health Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Graduate RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent nursing graduates to apply their clinical knowledge in a supportive, supervised setting while awaiting permanent licensure. The successful candidate will provide compassionate patient care across various departments, supporting our mission to enhance the well‑being of our residents and patients through skilled and attentive nursing practices.

• Assist in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and physical examinations to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and injections following proper protocols, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques.
• Support patient care activities such as wound suturing, catheter care, tube feeding, and ventilator management under supervision.
• Document medical records accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop discharge plans, coordinate long‑term care, and ensure continuity of care in settings such as assisted living, memory care, or hospice.
• Participate in infection control practices and maintain sterile processing standards to ensure patient safety.
• Support emergency response efforts by practicing basic life support (BLS), airway management, triage procedures, and acute pain management techniques.

• Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program with licensure eligibility as an RN or LPN.
• Proof of application for licensure by examination to the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• Complete the required background checks and documentation.
• Have no unsuccessful NCLEX attempts prior to permit issuance.
• Receive a valid temporary nursing permit from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
