Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a small group in an outpatient FQHC setting in Indiana.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient family practice care Monday through Friday, with a flexible 4-day workweek option.
- Serve the underserved community with a mission-driven approach.
- Work collaboratively within a small team across multiple sites.
- Manage patient care using eClinical
Works EMR system. - Maintain a call schedule with a 1:12 phone call duty.
- Post-training experience of 2+ years preferred.
- Passion for community service and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Base salary around $130K with incentive bonuses, comprehensive benefits, potential signing bonus, and loan repayment options.
