Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to oversee timely MDS assessments, CCAs, and care plans in a post-acute setting. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate staff on CMS RAI changes that affect documentation.
The role requires an RN license in good standing, a nursing degree, and at least two years of nursing experience, preferably geriatric. CPR must be current and maintained.
