Seeking a Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac data, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Must explain procedures to patients, ensure safety protocols, and facilitate discharge planning.
- At least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience.
- A valid RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- NIHSS and ACLS certifications.
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and physical capability to perform clinical duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
