Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Role:

Provide direct nursing care in a healthcare setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and communicating patient conditions effectively.

Serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary teams, follow physician and nursing orders, and assist with discharge planning to ensure seamless patient care.

• Assess patient needs and coordinate care accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
