Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | 12-Hour Mid Shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Weekend rotation required (2 of 6 weekends) | Holiday rotation required
Key Responsibilities- Deliver fast, high-quality emergency care to adult and pediatric patients across a broad acuity spectrum, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies
- Perform strong patient assessments and apply critical thinking skills in a high-acuity, fast-paced satellite emergency department setting
- Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adapt to a dynamic environment, managing change and varying patient volumes with resilience and professionalism
- Active Indiana RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Experience working in a satellite or high-acuity emergency department environment
