Responsibilities include:supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, addressing patient concerns, building meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supporting staff with complex needs, and celebrating patient milestones.
Qualifications:valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN certification (preferred), and at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
