We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Acute Care setting.
Key Responsibilities Include- Admitting and transferring patients to the unit
- Performing initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Accurate documentation of patient data
- Interpreting lab results and telemetry data
- Transcribing and processing medical orders
- Responding to Rapid Response and code events
- Educating and counseling patients and families
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Valid State RN License
- BLS certification at hire; ACLS within 6 months
- Preferred clinical experience
- Compassionate patient care
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret diagnostic data
- Competence in emergency response
- Competitive hourly pay up to $50.25 with shift differentials
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000
