Day to day, you would be responsible for providing care to patients. Your responsibilities include supervising care delivered, coordinating plans of care, and providing education for patients/families. The Cardiac Renal Unit (previously MRCC) is a 39 bed unit on the 5th floor of our Midtown Campus. The unit integrates care for patients from adulthood through geriatrics. The “CRU” manages the care of patients requiring telemetry monitoring, patients experiencing cardiovascular/renal problems including: renal insufficiency/failure, heart failure, unstable angina/MI, pre‑open heart surgery, dysrhythmias and other cardiovascular/renal conditions.
