Duties:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to weed eating, mowing, watering ,planting and pruning of flowers, painting, emptying of trash, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of small maintenance equipment and ability to operate equipment in proper manner . Must be able to commute to and from work and be at least 16 years old. Must have ability to communicate well with co-workers and general public .
