• Greet and tour prospective residents, building strong rapport
• Showcase apartments and explain features, benefits, and pricing
• Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, and in-person
• Follow up and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Close leases with confidence—securing applications and deposits
• Keep our leasing office, show units, and tour paths looking sharp
• Assist with marketing, events, outreach, and community engagement
• Enter data, maintain organized files, and support daily operations

• Are organized and love keeping things running smoothly
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them make big decisions
• Have a knack for sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Are excited to learn and grow in real estate or property management
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment
• Can work weekends and have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
• Previous experience in leasing, retail, hospitality, or sales
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Basic tech and CRM/computer proficiency
• A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with ease

Preferred but not required: NALP credentials, real estate interest, or bilingual skills.

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.
