Retail Display Installer – Technology.

Location:

Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required!

• Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours of contact) and keep availability updated.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; install, build and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete required forms, images and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests; conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure full functionality.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and installations involving a team of two or more people; provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist team members as needed and adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and daily anomaly reporting.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

Scheduling/Planning:
Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends and early morning or holiday service as required by store/client needs.

• Minimum age 18 with authority to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, early morning and late‑night availability as required.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, reach overhead.
• Adaptability to ever‑changing tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text and email; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads and application usage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Strong leadership, judgment, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills; excellent time management and reporting abilities.

• $16.50 per hour.
