Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally; assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests about promotions and trade-in program; promote loyalty programs.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale system;
Maintain a clean, organized, merchandised store environment and assist with visual/operational elements;
Supervise Sales Associates in the absence of management and delegate tasks;
Support store management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties
