Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who serves as a Bear Builder and Floor Leader on Duty. This role guides a team, drives store sales, and models Experience First behaviors to create memorable Guest experiences.
On days when not designated Floor Leader on Duty, you will perform Bear Builder duties. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and offers 15–25 hours per week with flexible retail scheduling.
