McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a CCE Territory Sales Manager.
Our CCE Territory Manager is responsible for increasing our CCE sales volume, market share, and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. This is a commissioned sales position with base pay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Devise effective territory-heavy equipment sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet and present opportunities to customers
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research, assess sales performance
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows)
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to the General Manager
- Proven experience as a CCE Territory Sales Manager-Heavy Equipment
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- BSC/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
