What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the hospital market
  • Develop and maintain short-range and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain an adequate sales pipeline to meet territory expectations
  • Provide in-service education and technical reviews to customers before sales

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience or prior experience with the employer
  • Knowledge of medical technology and competitive products
  • Strong strategic and customer-oriented selling skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic technical and clinical knowledge to competently discuss products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly with CRM systems
  • Professional and ethical behavior in all interactions
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
