Audio​/Visual Account Executive; B2B

Midwest Systems & Services, Inc. is hiring an Audio Visual Outside Sales Professional (B2B) located in Shelbyville, Kentucky. This full‑time position offers an opportunity to sell commercial audio visual systems, security, CCTV, paging, intercom, and alarm technologies to business clients.

Work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high-quality AV and low‑voltage solutions. Our integrator has a strong reputation, long‑term customers, and a supportive team, providing stability and uncapped earnings.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling

• Prospect and close new B2B accounts
• Present, sell, and upsell AV/low‑voltage solutions
• Manage your pipeline and meet sales targets
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Represent the company professionally in the field

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in AV or low‑voltage systems
• Knowledge of sound, paging, intercom, CCTV, security, and alarm systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self‑motivated, organized, and deadline‑driven
• Valid driver’s license
