About The OpportunityIn this role, you will work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high‑quality AV and low‑voltage solutions. We are an established integrator known for our long‑term customers and supportive team—ideal for sales professionals seeking stability and uncapped earnings.
Compensation- Base salary plus uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling.
- Travel & cell phone allowance.

- Prospect and close new B2B accounts.
- Present, sell, and upsell AV/low‑voltage solutions.
- Manage your pipeline and meet sales targets.

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in AV or low‑voltage systems.
- Knowledge of sound, paging, intercom, CCTV, security, and alarm systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and deadline‑driven.
- Valid driver’s license.
