Midwest Systems & Services, Inc. is hiring a B2B Audio Visual Sales Professional. The position is full-time in Shelbyville, Kentucky.

In this role, you will work directly with business clients to design, present, and sell high‑quality audio visual and low‑voltage solutions. We are an established integrator with a strong reputation, long‑term customers, and a supportive team, ideal for sales professionals who want stability and uncapped earnings.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling.

• Prospect and close new B2B accounts.
• Present, sell, and upsell audio visual/low‑voltage solutions.
• Manage pipeline and meet sales targets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Represent the company professionally in the field.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in audio visual or low‑voltage systems.
• Knowledge of sound, paging, intercom, CCTV, security and alarm systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized and deadline‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license.
