Position OverviewWe are looking for a driven, full-cycle sales professional who can generate their own opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and close deals from start to finish.
This is a door-to-door (D2D) closing role where you will:
- Identify restoration needs (storm, water, roofing, etc.)
- Guide homeowners through the process
- Close the deal

- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas
- Perform roofing & restoration inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on damage, solutions, and project scope
- Guide clients through insurance claims when applicable
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Represent Upright with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and rejection
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Closer mindset – you know how to ask for the sale
- Coachable and willing to learn the restoration/construction process
- Sales experience preferred (D2D, roofing, solar, or construction is a plus, not required)
- Uncapped commissions (top performers earn high six figures)
