Outside Sales Representative – Showroom

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Window, Door, and Outdoor Structures team at our Lincoln Avenue Home Showroom. You will work primarily with homeowners, home builders, and remodelers, visiting their homes and job sites to provide consultations and sell windows, doors, and Corradi outdoor living structures (pergolas, retractable roofs, louvered systems, and more).

• Visit customer homes and job sites for consultations, measurements, and follow-up
• Present window, door, and Corradi outdoor structure solutions based on customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget
• Educate homeowners on the Corradi product line, including pergolas, retractable roofs, louvered systems, and accessories
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals
• Build and grow a residential customer base through proactive relationship development
• Follow up on open quotes to close business
• Coordinate with inside sales, purchasing, and installation teams on customer projects
• Represent Lensing at events

• 2+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience
• Consultative, relationship-first sales approach
• Genuine interest in home improvement, outdoor living, and building products
• Valid driver's license — must be insurable under company vehicle policy
• Strong communication and follow-through skills

• Experience selling residential windows, doors, outdoor structures, or related home improvement products
• Home improvement, showroom, or residential construction sales experience
• Familiarity with pergolas, shade structures, or premium outdoor living products
• Established homeowner or builder relationships in the area
